Solid Powder Flow Meter

The all-intelligent electrostatic powder flow meter is based on the theory of contact electrification of solid materials.  During the pneumatic conveying or free-fall process, powder materials accumulate a certain degree of electric charge.
It adopts advanced annular sensors that can effectively capture the signals of charged powder particles passing through the annular sensor.
These signals are then amplified, shaped, and filtered through an amplification circuit before being processed by a high-speed processor.
Finally output a standard current signal that has a linear relationship with the powder flow rate.
It is suitable for a wide range from kg/h to t/h measurement of solid mass flow rates in metal-enclosed pipelines.
This system is applicable for the online monitoring of solid flow rates of powders, dust and others in pneumatic conveying.
It has wide applications in industries such as power generation, metallurgy, cement, pharmaceuticals, chemicals and food manufacturing.
