Multiphase Flow Meter

The series gas-liquid two-phase flowmeter is a new type of high-end intelligent equipment product suitable for measuring medium and low liquid content wet gas two-phase flow. This product uses computational fluid dynamics CFD numerical simulation technology to optimize the design of a special-shaped Venturi tube. After a series of long-term and in-depth theoretical and experimental research on the Venturi throat length , expansion section structure, pressure taking position , pressure taking method, differential pressure combination method , phase content measurement method, flow type adaptability and metering model, it has created a three-differential pressure double ratio method for liquid content measurement , and realized the online non-separation mixing measurement of wet gas two-phase flow.
